1. Website Services and Pricing
1.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
1.2 We make every effort to ensure our pricing is accurate and up-to-date. Prices are displayed on individual product listings and may change without notice.
1.3 Unless otherwise stated, all prices include GST for Australian customers.
2. Product Descriptions and Images
2.1 We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
2.2 Images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colours, finishes, and configurations may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.
3. Product Orders
3.1 While we strive to keep product listings current, we do not guarantee availability.
3.2 Packaging and postage charges may apply in addition to the listed product price, calculated in accordance with our shipping policy.
3.3 When placing an order, you must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details. We take reasonable care with this information but are not liable for loss due to transmission errors, viruses, or malware.
3.4 We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion. The most common reasons for rejection include incorrect information or declined payment.
3.5 Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, even if still pending acceptance.
3.6 All risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch of goods.
4. Freight and Delivery Conditions
4.1 If goods are delivered and you are not present to accept delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.
4.2 If you advise that you have a forklift available for unloading but one is not present at the time of delivery, additional handling charges will be incurred.
4.3 Freight costs are based on rates at the time of purchase. If freight charges increase between the time you place your order and the time your goods are dispatched, you will be required to pay the additional freight charges before your order is shipped.
4.4 If an item is damaged in transit or you believe it has not been delivered, you must notify us within 5 working days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe means we are not obligated to replace or refund the item, as we are subject to strict claim timeframes with our freight providers.
4.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers once goods have left our premises.
5. Errors and Order Cancellations
5.1 If a product is listed with an incorrect price, description, or image due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
6. Returns Policy
6.1 Returns are at our discretion; however, as products are made to order, any approved return will incur a minimum 25% return fee, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
6.2 Please choose carefully and ensure product suitability before purchase.
7. Website Use and Access
7.1 You are granted a limited, revocable licence to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

14.1 If you purchase a product marked as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder,” the estimated dispatch date is provided in good faith but may change due to supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
14.2 If a longer delay occurs, we will notify you and provide the option to wait or cancel your order for a refund.

15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

18. Vehicle Compatibility Responsibility
18.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, and year.
18.2 We provide product descriptions and specifications in good faith; however, these are for general guidance only.
18.3 If you purchase a product that is not suitable for your vehicle, we are not responsible for any costs, losses, or delays incurred, and we are under no obligation to offer a refund or exchange unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
