Warranty

RolaCase products are manufactured to high standards and are Australian made. They are backed by the following warranty coverage under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

  • Standard Products – 3 years against manufacturing defects
  • Metal Drawers (all ranges) – 2 years against manufacturing defects

Your Rights Under ACL

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused by transport, handling, or storage outside our specifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a claim, you must complete our online warranty form and provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  2. Clear photographs of the defect (close-up and full product images)
  3. Product SKU
  4. Detailed description of the issue, including when and how it occurred

⚠️ Claims without all of the above cannot be processed.

Once submitted, RolaCase will assess your claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with ACL requirements. Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to respond.

If your product is outside the warranty period, please visit our Spare Parts Store or email us a warranty enquiry outlining how we can assist you. One of our friendly staff will be in contact.

Shipping Warranty

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 5 working days and provide clear images of the damage. If notification is not received within this timeframe, we cannot make any claims with the shipping or freight company, as they are a third party.

If you believe you have missing products from your order, please first check your tracking details, as the item may still be in transit. If tracking confirms it has been delivered or is not moving, please contact us promptly so we can lodge an enquiry with the freight company on your behalf.
